Surely this goes way way way beyond UN SCR 1973?
General Abdul Fatah Younis has asked for any nation that can to supply the Libyan al Qaeda rebs with anti tank missiles, helicopters and even a navy with torpedoes!
The stated aim of creating this small military, consisting of an army, navy and air force, is to "shorten the Gaddafi regime’s life and existence"[1], ie regime change.
Surely with this stated aim it would be illegal to supply such weaponry because regime change is not stated in UN SCR 1973.
