WHO IS OUR DAVE TALKING ABOUT TODAY?

David "our Dave" Cameron has just given another brief statement to the press outside Number 10, but I can't quite work out who he is talking about.

Can you help me?

For example, Cameron said this.
"Its all too clear that we have a big problem with gangs in our country. For too long there has been a lack of focus and a complete lack of respect shown by these groups of thugs."

Hmm. He could be talking about looters, but he could be talking about another section of society, because he later said this.
"I am clear that they are in no way representative of the vast majority of young people in our country who despise them frankly as much as the rest of us do.

"But there are pockets of our society that are not just broken, but frankly sick."

Is he talking about looters? Or could it be bankers?

Cameron went on to say
"For me the root cause of this mindless selfishness is the same thing I have spoken about for years: it is a complete lack of responsibility in parts of our society.

"People allowed to feel that the world owes them something, that their rights outweigh their responsibilities and that their actions do not have consequences. Well they do have consequences."

Now this undoubtedly is talking about bankers, isn't it?

I suspect Cameron is talking about the looters, because he refers to the age of whoever he is talking about, and bankers are middle aged while the looters are teenagers.

But almost everything Cameron said can be applied equally, if more so, to bankers.

So is he talking about looters?

Or bankers?
