The Shard was officially opened last night. I have seen it from train windows while passing through London and it appeared to me as a dark pyramid that is not quite finished and is waiting for a capstone or something to be placed on top.
From news reports I heard some of the music played during the opening.
And of all the music that could have been played they played a piece of music describing the rise of the phoenix called The Firebird by Igor Stravinsky.
Hmm.
