So if you have reasonable grounds for the arrest of a paedophile then you are perfectly within the law to arrest that person and drag him or her to the nearest police station where he or she will hopefully be detained, charged, prosecuted and given a custodial sentence for a very, very, very long time (and a strand of their DNA taken for analysis to see if this detestable behaviour really does 'run in the family' so to speak).
