For decades we have known of the 'secret' project monitoring all our emails, Echelon.
So with the development of social media is it any surprise that all our tweets, blogs, etc are being monitored in the same fashion. I would be surprised if the social media technology had not been developed without the nod and from the NSA and CIA and all the other 'secret' alphabet agencies.
So why all the fake outrage at this 'breaking' news?
The questions should be
1. why are all these scandals 'breaking' now, and why are some jumping on the bandwagon?
2. why is nobody focusing on the technology we should all be absolutely livid about, the mind-reading and mind-writing technology?
