HAS STOP THE WAR SOLD OUT?

This is the series of tweets on Stop The War's twitter:

I think that it is safe to assume that Stop The War loves and trusts Jeremy Scahill.

But at least a few of us don't. I don't. Tarpley doesn't. I suspect the Alex Jones crowd don't.

Here is one tweet in response to the Stop The War sycophancy.

Last weekend the NATO media did a great PR blitz for Scahill. He was portrayed as some kind of Media Messiah, sent from heaven above to lead us blind masses out of the wilderness of war. But they didn't mention that Scahill had torpedoed the appearance of arguably the bravest woman on the planet, Mother Agnes Mariam, at the Stop The War conference.

There is a list of speakers:
Jeremy Scahill • Tariq Ali • Tony Benn • Jonathan Steele • Owen Jones • Diane Abbott MP • Manik Mukherjee • Lindsey German • Mitra Qayoom • Explo Nani-Kofi • Sami Ramadani • Edward Horgan • Joan Humphries • Seumas Milne • Jeremy Corbyn MP • Rachel Shabi • Chris Nineham • John Rees • Andrew Murray • Kevin Ovenden • Ala'a Shehabi • Chris Cole • Jean Lambert MEP • Steve Bell

Why do these people feel that someone like Scahill has the right to threaten the conference?

Why have these people not withdrawn in protest?

Is it because they are so anti-religion that having someone like Mother Agnes Mariam steal the conference from them would damage their street cred?

Who are these people?

WHAT THE FUCK IS GOING ON?!

Will the NATO media cover this conference, report every word that Scahill says?
