THE PARALLAX VIEW

Here's a film we don't see much of these days: The Parallax View.

Warren Beatty stars as an investigative journalist who infiltrates a 'corporation' who recruits lone nuts to become assassins or useful in other ways. Beatty becomes a bit more involved than he would like, and becomes a patsy for an assassination and is killed himself (a warning to others, perhaps?). Loosely referencing the assassinations of JFK and RFK, this thriller is from a genre we don't see much of these days.
