NED PRESIDENT ATTACKS PUTIN FOR BOOTING OUT NED

Writing in The Washington Post, the President of the National Endowment for Democracy, Carl Gershman, claims that by booting the National Endowment for Democracy out of Russia Putin is displaying weakness.

Putin may claim that the National Endowment for Democracy and other nongovernmental organizations are “a threat to Russia’s basic constitutional order,” and his labeling them as dangerous enemies, along with the Russian democrats he calls “national traitors,” is his typical way of rallying political support by appealing to nationalist fears and hostilities. But it is the regime itself that has been undermining Russia’s constitutional order through repression, corruption and international aggression; and the pressures are now building toward what many in Russia believe is a major political turning point.

No, Mr Gershman.

The National Endowment for Democracy is a seditious organisation. Where the NED goes, sedition goes also. The NED incites insurrection under the banner of free speech then either kills or drowns out opposing points of view. The classic example is Ukraine. Victoria Kagan-Nuland was caught discussing with the US Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt who should be the next leader of Ukraine. Kagan-Nuland handpicked Arseny Yatsenyuk. But Yatsenyuk is a puppet of the NED and NATO, who packed his junta with murderous neo-Nazis, who began a war on East Ukraine to put down with extreme prejudice their anti-Nazism. And what have the Rada just done? Banned Communist parties from elections!! So much for freedom and free speech!!

Are all nations expected to kneel down before the money gods of Wall Street and The City of London, and surrender to those gods all their human and natural resources to be used in whatever manner they see fit?

The Washington Post editorial also attacks Putin for the same thing.
Mr. Putin fears competition, opposition and any cry of dissent. In pursuit of absolute power, he is suffocating his own society.
