The answer to that mystery is Roy Cohn.
Roy Cohn was deep, dark CIA, at the intersection of the CIA, FBI and the mob, procuring children for the CIA to abuse. Cohn was The Joker's lawyer, fixer and even "greatest friend" while Cohn was at the same time the consiglieri for the New York mob. The Joker had very deep and troubling friendships and business dealings with the mob. Cohn also sat on the board of Permindex, an assassination bureau that assassinated President John F Kennedy. Permindex became Intertel, which was bought by CIA money-laundering front Resorts International, which was bought in 1987 by...Donald J Trump (they call it "keeping it in the family").
So that is the Cohn/Trump relationship with the CIA/mob.
Rupert Murdoch was an Australian and by law was not permitted to engage in broadcasting in the USA. But Roy Cohn brokered an agreement that Murdoch would be given the right to broadcast in America and in return Murdoch would broadcast propaganda supporting CIA death squads in Latin America.
Thus began Murdoch's rise in American broadcasting and the creation of Fox News, which today is the only major network promoting and defending Donald J Trump, the protégé of deep, dark CIA Roy Cohn.
