IRONY : ON DAY BOMBER TRUMP PULLED OUT OF DENUKE TALKS WITH NORTH KOREA, TRUMP'S BUDGET FOR LOW THRESHHOLD USE MINI NUKES IS PASSED

Sometimes you look at the universe and wonder: where did it all come from? why is it there?

And why does Bomber Trump want mini-nukes that can be used at a lower threshhold when he apparently wanted North Korea to totally denuclearise without any reciprocal gesture fromm him?
